Let the testing begin

It is cycle day #8 today. I couldn't wait any longer so I started using my ovulation predictor kits. Today the line looked like this

  1. Those erratic test results would drive me batty. Wishing you the very best of luck with this cycle...and, yeah, 13 is a lucky number.

    1. Kristin, I hate OPKs and PCOS. I never know what my body is doing. I will keep testing and bd-ing and pray for a miracle!!

  2. Hi from ICLW#7! I love your wedding date, I'm neurotic about numbers and patterns myself and was concerned about the unluckiness of number 13. My numbers suggest I may have a variant of atypical PCOS, and I hope to be starting IUI with Femara in the upcoming months -would love if you could share any tips! Fingers crossed for you!

    2. JAllen,
I have done Femara and IUI once (together) and Femara alone 3 times. I do not ovulate with Clomid, but Femara does something in my body because I have ovulated each time. Not always at the same time, but I do!

Femara is great compared to Clomid. No nasty side effects but I do experience ovarian cramping... which I think is a good thing! ;-)

  3. Hi from ICLW. Um, yeah every month that I decide to test I get several positive OPKs several days in a row and I don't actually ovulate until much later. Mind you I was diagnosed in 1995 with PCOS. But I do ovulate on my own now. I'm just weird. Hoping that you'll get a great egg soon and be pregnant.
