Ra Ra Ra RAKtivist!

Well folks, it is official; I am now a RAKtivist: a Random Acts of Kindness Activist for randomactsofkindness.org. I am really excited to be part of such a great organization; it feels like I am truly becoming the change I want to see in this world. There was a time in my life when I was any thing but kind. I was random but not kind. However, no matter what mood I was in or what "state" I was in I was always surrounded by kind people who wanted to help me.

This is my chance to pay back all the kindness in my past; I am here to make a difference in the lives of the present people surrounding me, strangers included. I encourage each of you to get involved this new year and make a difference in the world, make this world a kinder place one random act at a time. You won't believe how simple it is!
